Safe and Secure Payments.

Central Bullion partners with Stripe to facilitate payments on the Central Bullion marketplace between Vendors (Sellers) and their Customers (Buyers). Vendors/Sellers are independent businesses/shop owners who create, curate and manage their own inventory and are responsible for their own, orders, shipping, liability and warranties. 

Stripe is an Irish-American Financial Services Company and has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, Stripe uses the best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security at Stripe.

Stripe is integrated into the Central Bullion marketplace e-commerce process where all payments made by Customers (Buyers) on the Central Bullion Marketplace are seamlessly processed through the completely safe and secure Stripe payments processing platform.

When Vendors (Sellers) apply to sell their products on the Central Bullion marketplace, they must create a Stripe Account to collect payment for the products that they sell on the Central Bullion marketplace. Vendors Stripe Accounts are connected to the main Central Bullion Ltd platform Stripe Account.

This e-commerce payment process ensures complete safety and security for all Central Bullion marketplace users, with easy flow of money across borders, no matter where the Buyer resides and in which currency they choose to use.

 

Payment Flow

You (Buyer/Customer) make a purchase on the Central Bullion marketplace.
Your payment is processed by Stripe.
You order is shipped to you.
The funds are held by Stripe for 14 days.
Stripe retains their Service Fee.
1.25 to 5% Seller Fee is paid to the Central Bullion Ltd Stripe Account. The funds are transferred to Central Bullion Ltd bank account.
The balance is paid to the Sellers/Vendors Stripe Account. The funds are transferred to your bank account.

Safe Delivery.

When you (Buyer) make a purchase on the Central Bullion marketplace, the Vendor (Seller) is required to send the package to you via a registered, tracked and insured delivery service, providing maximum protection for the you and the Vendor and a suitable method of tracking the package during its journey from the Vendor to you.

When you make a purchase from a Vendor on the Central Bullion marketplace, your payment is held by Stripe for 14 working days after the purchase date.

The 14 day holding period of your payment is to give you time to receive the package and inspect the product/s that you have purchased, before the funds are released to the Vendor.

If your package has not been delivered within 10 days from the date of purchase, you should contact the Vendor and Courier.

In the agreement that the Vendor (Seller) has with Central Bullion Ltd, the Vendor must abide by the Central Bullion Terms and Conditions and the Vendors own Shipping and Returns policy. Therefore the Vendor must send you your parcel by tracked, recorded and insured courier service and honor their Returns Policy.

Reviews.

You can see Reviews on the individual Central Bullion marketplace Vendor Shop pages.

Reviews are feedback from other people who have previously purchased from the Vendor on the Central Bullion marketplace. Some buyers include photographs in their Reviews, which along with the listing photographs will helps you to have a good look at the Product/s.

We encourage you to give honest feedback when you have made a purchase as your experience and opinion will help other potential buyers make an informed buying decision.

We reserve the right to amend or remove Reviews that include (but not limited to) unfair, inaccurate, defamatory, slanderous or libellous content.

 


 

Issues and Disputes.

When you make a purchase on the Central Bullion marketplace the contract of sale is between yourself (the Buyer) and the Vendor (Seller).

In the event that you have any issues with the product/s that you have purchased, you should contact the Vendor directly to resolve your concerns.

Central Bullion Ltd is not party to the contract of sale and therefore does not normally get involved with any issues or disputes between Buyers and Sellers. However, if you are unable to come to a satisfactory resolution with the Vendor then you may contact Central Bullion Ltd customer service and we will investigate the issue or dispute that you have with the Vendor.

Central Bullion Ltd takes a fair, objective and sensible approach to disputes and does not automatically side with the Buyer or Seller.
