CREATING AN ACCOUNT. Is it FREE to Create an account to use the Central Bullion marketplace ?

YES. IT is completely FREE to create either a Central Bullion marketplace CUSTOMER ACCOUNT or a Central Bullion marketplace VENDOR ACCOUNT.

NUMBER OF ACCOUNTS. How many Accounts can I open ?

You may open one (1) Central Bullion marketplace CUSTOMER ACCOUNT and one (1) Central Bullion marketplace VENDOR ACCOUNT.

You must not open multiple Central Bullion marketplace Accounts as a CUSTOMER or VENDOR. However, you may open a CUSTOMER ACCOUNT as your own personal private account and a CUSTOMER ACCOUNT in your Businesss Name.

TROUBLE SHOOTING. When I am logged in and click the Account Link, I am immediately logged out. Why?

When you visit the Central Bullion marketplace, you must always agree to use of cookies if you see the Cookies pop-up notice.

If you do not agree to use of cookies, or simply click the 'X' to remove the Cookies pop-up notice, then when you login and try to access your Account Dashboard, the system will immediately log you out.

This is a Safeguarding feature to protect your Account.

TROUBLE SHOOTING. The currency that I have chosen to view products is not displaying correctly. Why?

When you visit the Central Bullion Platform, you must always agree to use of cookies if you see the Cookies pop-up notice.

If you do not agree to use of cookies, or simply click the 'X' to remove the Cookies pop-up notice, your restriction on the use of cookies means that the website software is unable to communicate correctly with your device.

If you refresh your browser and then agree to the use of cookies in the Cookies pop-ip notice, you will find that can view the products on the Central Bullion marketplace in any currency that you choose.

PAYMENT METHODS. What payment method can I use ?

When you make a purchase on the Central Bullion marketplace your purchase is processed through STRIPE and you can pay using any one of 28 popular payment methods.

DELIVERY GUARANTEE. How do I know that I will receive my purchase from the Seller ?

When you make any purchase from any Vendor on the Central Bullion marketplace, your payment is held by STRIPE for 14 days to ensure that you have received your product/s before your payment is released to the Vendors (Sellers) bank.

In the agreement that the Vendor (Seller) has with Central Bullion Ltd, the Vendor must abide by the Central Bullion Terms and Conditions and the Vendors own Shipping and Returns policy. Therefore the Vendor must send you your parcel by tracked, recorded and insured courier service and honor their Returns Policy.
