Exchanging Metal Types
Here we demonstrate how you can easily and quickly exchange some or all of your Vaulted Bullion for an alternative Metal Type.
The minimum amount that you can exchange is 1g (gram) of Gold to the nearest whole 1g (gram) of Silver at the prevailing Dollar value. When you enter an amount of grams of Gold or Silver to exchange, the suggested metal conversion that is displayed is rounded to the nearest full gram of Silver.

STEP 1
Sign In to your Personal Dashboard and select the EXCHANGE METAL TYPE tab.
Select the Vaulted Bullion Metal Type that you want to Exchange FROM.
Enter the quantity of grams of that want to exchange.
Click the EXCHANGE Button.
STEP 2
The intelligent software displays the SUGGESTED METAL CONVERSION to the nearest whole gram.
There may be 1 or 2 SUGGESTIONS.
Select the round Radio Button of your preffered Exchange.
You are required to confirm that you accept the Terms and Conditions by ticking the check box .jpg)

If happy with the amount stated then they select the SUBMIT button to activate the exchange.
STEP 3
You can now see that the grams of each Vaulted Bullion metal type has been updated in your PORTFOLIO.
The transaction is shown in the METAL EXCHANGE HISTORY and you open your fees Invoice by clicking View Invoice.
STEP 4
Click the PRINT Button to print off a copy of the fees Invoice for your order.
