How to create your Central Bullion Account (5 mins)

Click the REGISTER Link at the top of the Central Bullion Platform page.
Click the PERSONAL ACCOUNT Button or the BUSINESS ACCOUNT Button.
Complete the REGISTRATION FORM with the required details. Note: When you create your Password, write it down and keep it somewhere safe.
Check over the details that you have entered on the Form, then if you are happy Click the SAVE Button.
Click the OK Button on the POP-UP Message that appears.
Now go to your EMAIL INBOX, open the EMAIL that has been sent to you from Central Bullion and Click on the VERIFICATION Link.
Click the LOGIN Link at the top of the Central Bullion Platform page.
Enter your Email Address and Password into the boxes below EXISTING REGISTERED USER and then Click the LOGIN Button.

Click the MY ACCOUNT Link at the top of the Central Bullion Platform page. You can access all of the services on the Central Bullion Platform.

FIRST DEPOSIT

Central Bullion Ltd charges small % Service Fees for certain transactions that you carry out or services that use on the Central Bullion Platform, such as: Buying from Central Bullion Direct, Buying and Selling on the Central Bullion Market, Vaulting, Exchanging Gold for Silver and vice versa.

The Service Fees are deducted from your Central Bullion Account Wallet. Therefore before you can carry out any transactions, you must make an initial Debit/Credit Card deposit into your Central Bullion Account Wallet of min. $30.00 USD or equivelent in £ GBP or € EUR.

You can use the Central Bullion Currency Conversion Calculator (at the top of the page) to easily check how much $30 USD is in £ GBP and € EUR.  

FOLLOW STEPS 10 - 18 to make your initial payment.

 

IMPORTANT: You must provide truthful and accurate information about yourself and your company or organisation when creating your Central Bullion User Account. It is your sole responsibility to keep your personal and company information up to date at all times. If you use false information or impersonate another person or company, your User Account will be closed and deleted and any funds held on your behalf may be permanently withheld from you. In addition your details may be reported to appropriate authorities. Central Bullion Ltd is registered with the NCA (National Crime Agency) for digital submission of SARs Serious Activity Reports to the NCA.

How to Add Funds to your Account Wallet (5 mins)

Click the LOGIN Link at the top of the Central Bullion Platform page.
Click the MY ACCOUNT Link at the top of the Central Bullion Platform page.

Click the WALLET Tab in your Personal Dashboard.

Click the ADD FUNDS Button in your WALLET.  

Choose the Currency from the Drop-Down Menu and then type the Amount that you want to Add to your Wallet in the SPECIFY THE AMOUNT Box.

Deposit by CREDIT/DEBIT CARD

Under Payment Method, Click to select the CIRCLE beside CREDIT/DEBIT CARD. 

Click the NEXT Button.

Enter your CARD DETAILS and Click the SUBMIT PAYMENT Button.

When the Funds have been received into the Central Bullion Bank Account, the transaction will show as 'COMPLETED' and you will see that the Funds have been added to your Account Balance.

NOTE: Your Account Balance will always be shown in $ USD. If you have tranferred funds in any other currency, the Credits column for that transaction will show the amount you have deposited in your currency and in brackets the Converted Amount in $ USD. 

Deposit by BANK TRANSFER

Under Payment Method, Click to select the CIRCLE beside BANK TRANSFER.

Click the NEXT Button.

You will now see the appropriate Central Bullion BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS where to make your deposit.

Login to your own Bank Account and transfer the AMOUNT that you have specified in (step 14) using the Central Bullion BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS described in (step 21).

NOTE: Your transfer must be from the Bank Account intended to be your verified, linked Bank Account.

If are not, or are unable, to carry out the Bank Transfer at that time, Click the I WILL TRANSFER LATER Button. The Transfer will show as 'PENDING' in your WALLET.

When you do complete the transfer procedure with your Bank, go back to your WALLET and Click on the VIEW Button next to the 'PENDING' transaction. Now Click the I HAVE TRANSFERRED THE FUNDS Button.

'PENDING' will change to 'AWAITING CONFIRMATION'. 

When the Funds have been received into the Central Bullion Bank Account, the transaction will show as 'COMPLETED' and you will see that the Funds have been added to your Account Balance.

NOTE: Your Account Balance will always be shown in $ USD. If you have tranferred funds in any other currency, the Credits column for that transaction will show the amount you have deposited in your currency and in brackets the Converted Amount in $ USD.

You may register a Central Bullion Account and transact on centralbullion.com if you reside in the following countries:  

We accept payments originating from the following countries outside of the UK:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus (not North Cyprus), Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States of  America.

Note: Payments made from any Country that is NOT from countries on this list will be returned to your Bank and will be subject to fees. This can take 3–10 working days.
 

The centralbullion.com website may not be available to Users residing in certain Countries for reasons such as and not limited to: Countries where our third party payment providers are not supported, or Countries that are not commercially viable to Central Bullion Ltd. We reserve the right to prohibit and restrict Users from creating and using a User Account if the User resides in a prohibited Country. Countries may be added to the prohibited Country list, in which case Users who reside in those Countries will be informed.

You are obliged to comply with all applicable UK, European and International laws, act, treaty or regulations regarding the purchasing and/or selling of Precious Metal Bullion.

 


 

Choosing a Personal or Business Account type

When you Register your Central Bullion Account you must choose either a PERSONAL ACCOUNT or BUSINESS ACCOUNT.

 


 

Unique Username and ID Number

When you create your Registered User Account the Central Bullion Platform system will generate a unique Username and ID Number for you.

 


 

Password

When creating your Password it must be at least 8 characters long and include at least 1 of each of the following:

  • Lower case letter.
  • Upper Case Letter.
  • Number.
  • Special character.

 


 

Keeping your Password Secret

It is your sole responsibility to keep your Username and Password in a safe place and to keep your Password Secret and only known to you at all times.

You agree and accept that you are responsible for any activity related to your User Account which has been accessed using your Username and Password.

 


 

Currencies

You can deposit into and withdraw from, your Central Bullion User Account Wallet in:

$ USD
£ GBP
€ EURO

When you deposit funds into your Central Bullion Usre Account Wallet, your funds are deposited directly into the corresponding currency Central Bullion $ USD, £ GBP or € EURO Bank Account.

This avoids you having to pay Currency Conversion Costs.

 


 

Deposit Processing

You can deposit funds into your Central Bullion User Account Wallet by:

(a) Credit/Debit Card.

(b) Bank Transfer from your linked Bank Account.

Deposits are processed within UK business hours. Deposits received outside those hours are usually processed on the following working day. You will receive confirmation of your deposit as soon as it arrives in your Central Bullion User Account. You'll then be able to buy and sell Gold and Silver Investment Bullion immediately.

 


 

Linked Bank Accounts

You may only have one (1) Linked Bank Account during any period of time, of which you can add or withdraw funds in/from your Central Bullion Account during any session that you are logged-in to your Central Bullion Account.

To comply with Anti-Money laundering regulations Central Bullion Ltd will only remit the funds you withdraw to your approved linked Bank Account that is specified in your Central Bullion Account Dashboard.

Central Bullion Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss where your Linked Bank Account details are incorrect at any time when you add or withdraw funds.

Central Bullion Ltd considers the owner(s) of a Central Bullion Account to be the party or parties named on the Linked Bank Account.

 

Changing your linked Bank Account

You can change your Linked Bank Account to another Bank Account at any time, however the full new Linked Bank Account procedure (including AML) must be completed to verify and validate the new Bank Account before it will be accepted as your new Linked Bank Account and for you to be able to use the new Linked Bank Account to add or withdraw funds to/from your Central Bullion Account.

Your new Linked Bank Account must be held in exactly the same name/s as the previous Linked Bank Account and the names and details of your Central Bullion Account must not be simultaneously changed. You will be charged a Fee in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Use.

 


 

Credit/Debit Cards

You can add funds to your Central Bullion User Account Wallet and make billed payments with a Credit/Debit Card.

NOTE: You cannot withdraw funds from your Central Bullion Account Wallet to a Debit Card. Withdrawals can only be made to your linked Bank Account.

 


 

Minimum Balance

We recommend that you hold a minimum balance of $100.00 USD, or other currency equivalent, in your Central Bullion User Account Wallet to cover your account activity costs, fees and charges.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your Central Bullion User Account Wallet contains sufficient funds to cover account activity costs, fees and charges. If your Central Bullion User Account Wallet does fall below the minimum level then you will be sent a low balance alert by email to remind you to top-up your Wallet.

In the event that your Central Bullion User Account remains inactive with a balance of less than $30 USD, or other currency equivalent, for more than 6 months, then we reserve the right to close your Central Bullion User Account in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Use.
